Questions, answered

Is Pika Labs free?

You can download the app and start with free credits. Each render costs a number of credits that depends on the model, duration and resolution. Additional credits and subscriptions are available through Apple in-app purchase.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works with an anonymous device session. Your library and credits are tied to your device unless you choose to sign in.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Uploads are sent to the AI model you chose, used only to generate your result, and deleted from our active systems on a schedule (currently within 7 days). See the Privacy Policy.

Which models can I use?

Video: Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast, Kling 3.0 Turbo, 2.6 and 2.5 Turbo, Grok Imagine, Hailuo 02 Pro, Seedance 1.5 Pro and 2.5, Wan 2.7, Runway and more. Image: GPT Image, Nano Banana, Flux 2 Pro, Seedream, Qwen Image and others.

How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else, email contact@vidjar.net.

Can I use the videos commercially?

You keep ownership of what you upload and what is generated for you, subject to the model providers' terms and the rights of anyone shown in your photo. Details are in the Terms of Service.
